Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Fox Cigar Bar collects through foxcigarbar.com, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the website and to the email and text-message lists you can join here. It does not cover what happens in the lounges themselves.

What we collect

• When you join the list — your name, email address, mobile number if you give it, and your preferred lounge.
• When you shop — your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone, and the details of what you bought. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and are never stored on this site.
• When you enter a giveaway — whatever the entry form asks for, and proof of age if you win.
• When you browse — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping items in your cart.

Age

This site and its lists are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, to send the lounge news and event invitations you signed up for, to run giveaways and the referral programme, and to keep the site working and secure. If you chose a preferred lounge, we use it to send you news from that lounge rather than all four.

Text messages

If you give us a mobile number and opt in, we will send occasional texts about events and specials. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the site — payment processing, email and SMS delivery, shipping, and hosting — and only what they need for that job. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link and every text accepts STOP. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected].

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note the date here and, where appropriate, let list members know by email.
