Cocktails & Spirits
Built to stand up to smoke, not compete with it.
A cocktail that fights a cigar loses. The bar list at every Fox is built the other way round: drinks with enough weight to stand next to smoke, and spirits chosen because they get better after the second sip, not just the first.
Bourbon and whiskey
Ninety-plus bourbons and ryes, with a barrel-pick shelf that changes as we empty it. Flights are poured in three half-ounce pours so you can compare rather than commit. Ask for the shelf — it is not on the printed list on purpose.
Cocktails
Old fashioneds, Manhattans, sazeracs and a short house list that rotates with the season. Everything is stirred to order. If you want it a particular way, say so.
Agave, rum and the rest
A deep tequila and mezcal shelf, aged rums, cognac and a handful of amari for after. The bartenders know which pairs with what you are smoking, and will tell you if you ask.
Each lounge’s bar highlights are on its location page.
