Tuesday, February 20th in Scottsdale is going to a special event that we have never done before.

We are going to have our Craft and Luxury Spirits Specialist, John Christy do a fun and educational presentation about the importance of ice spheres in your luxury spirits.

Long story short- ice can muddle, change and manipulate the tasting experience by significantly dropping the temperature and adding a touch of water to the spirit. These giant spheres of ice will rotate in your drink to cool it quicker while limiting the amount of water that gets added to the spirit. Watch and learn as you witness the beauty of making these ice sphere.

For the evening, The Balvenie 15 Year Single Barrel will be available to enjoy with your own ice ball paired with an Ashton La Aroma De Cuba Cigar for $22.99.

The Balvenie Single Barrel is a 15-year-old single malt which is traditionally distilled in an oak whisky cask. The Balvenie Malt Master hand selects each cask with special characteristics of honey, vanilla, and oaky notes. These bottles are limited in production- making each bottle unique and unrepeatable.
