A little background on the Empress 1908 Gin- it is handcrafted from 8 premium/organic botanicals including rose petals, cinnamon bark + butterfly pea blossom. With the addition of tonic (and/or citrus), you can watch as the vivid indigo transforms into a soft pink hue!
