Accessibility

Fox Cigar Bar wants everyone to be able to use this website and enjoy our lounges.

Our commitment

Fox Cigar Bar wants everyone to be able to use this website and to enjoy our lounges. We are aiming for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

This statement was drafted on 9 October 2026. The site has not yet been independently audited, so we describe what we have built and what we are still checking, rather than claiming full conformance.

What we have built in

  • Semantic page structure with one main heading per page, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Every interactive control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
  • Text and controls are designed for strong contrast on both our light and dark sections, and text can be enlarged without losing content.
  • Images carry text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form fields have visible labels, errors are explained in words, and messages are announced to screen readers.
  • Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch screens.
  • Motion is limited. If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are switched off and ambient video does not autoplay.
  • Galleries open in a dialog that can be closed with the Escape key and returns focus to where you were.

Known limitations

  • While the site is being prepared, some images are labelled placeholders. Their descriptions say so.
  • Some content comes from other services, such as maps, Instagram and Yelp. We cannot always control how those are built, and we link to the original where we can.
  • The events calendar is provided by a third-party plugin that we have styled, and some of its views may not yet meet every WCAG success criterion. Tell us if you find a problem.

Report an accessibility problem

If something on this site is hard to use, or you cannot find information you need, please tell us. Include the address of the page, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it.

A reporting address will be published here. When it is, we will read every report and tell you what we can do.

Accessibility at our lounges

Each lounge page carries its own accessibility and parking notes. If you need to know something before you visit, please ask the lounge directly.
