You must be 21 or over to visit a Fox Cigar Bar lounge, to join our lists or to enter a promotion. We may ask for ID and may decline service where age cannot be confirmed.
Visiting a lounge
Each lounge sets its own hours and house rules, which can change. Information on this site is a guide: check the lounge page or contact the lounge for the latest. We may refuse entry or service at our discretion and as the law requires.
Online orders
This website does not process tobacco orders. Cigars and accessories are sold on FoxCigar.com, a separate site with its own terms, prices, age checks and shipping rules, and we send you there when you choose to shop. See the refund and returns policy for what it says about problems with an order.
Gift cards
Gift cards are sold by Fox Cigar on FoxCigar.com, and that order is subject to the terms of that shop. Where a card can be redeemed is shown on our gift cards page.
Events and private enquiries
Event listings are a guide and can change or be canceled. Sending an enquiry to reserve a table is a request, not a booking. A booking exists only when our team has confirmed it to you.
We send email updates only to people who asked for them and confirmed their address. We do not send marketing text messages. See the Privacy Policy.
Promotions
Giveaways and referral rewards are governed by the official rules and by the terms shown on each promotion’s page.
Other services and links
This site links to, and shows content from, other services such as Instagram, Yelp and maps. We do not control them and they are not part of these terms.

Everything on this site, including text, photography, logos and the Fox name, belongs to Fox Cigar Bar or is used with permission. Do not reproduce it without asking.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Fox Cigar Bar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
