Standing rules for every Fox giveaway and sweepstakes.

These are the standing rules for all Fox Cigar Bar giveaways and sweepstakes. Each individual promotion may add prize details, dates and any further conditions on its own page; where the two differ, the promotion page controls.
1. Sponsor
Fox Cigar Bar (“Sponsor”), Arizona, United States. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform on which it may be shared.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, suppliers and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Sponsor may require proof of age and residency before awarding any prize.
3. How to enter
Entry is free. Entry methods are stated on each promotion’s page and may include joining the Fox email list, selecting a preferred lounge, referring a friend, following a social account, or completing an entry form. No entry method requires a purchase, and every method offers the same chance of winning. Limit one entry per person per method unless the promotion page states otherwise. Entries generated by script, macro or automated means are void.
4. Winner selection and odds
Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified by the email or phone number provided at entry within seven days of the drawing and must respond within seven days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
5. Prizes
Prizes are described on each promotion’s page. Prizes are not transferable, may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, and Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes consisting of or including tobacco products are awarded only in person to a verified adult 21 or over, in accordance with federal and Arizona law, and will not be shipped.
6. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and preferred lounge for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify a promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for any injury or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize. By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
8. Winners list
To request the name of a winner, email [email protected] within sixty days of the end of the relevant promotion.
These rules have been drafted as a starting framework and must be reviewed by Arizona counsel before any promotion is launched. Arizona treats raffles as gambling absent a statutory exception, and federal rules restrict the free distribution of tobacco products; both affect what may lawfully be offered.
